Prototypes to Full Production Runs

Low overhead provides us the flexibility needed to take on smaller developement projects and retain individualized customer focus, while leveraging our business relationships with our industry partners gives us the ability to make larger full production runs.

GMAW - Mig Welding

Suitable for aluminum and low carbon steel welding applications. Mig welding is the most common industrial welding process, preferred for its versatility, speed and the relative ease of application.

GTAW -TIG Welding

The Tig process grants the operator greater control and allows for higher quality welds. Tig welding is more complex and difficult to master, and furthermore is significantly slower than other welding techniques and is therefore reserved for alloys that are not suitable for MIG welding, like, higher carbon steels, titanium, and stainless

Cutting

Multiple cutting mediums available.

  • Band Saw

  • Chop Saw

  • Cold Saw

  • Laser Cutting

  • Water Jet

  • Abrasive

Drilling and Reaming

When Laser cut or water jet cut holes and patterns are not accurate enough, We can create intricate  hole patterns using our drill presses  that can later be tapped for threads.

Tube Bending

  • Tube Bending

  • Tube Rolling

  • Tube Forming

Notching

Weldments can either be created with a manual notcher, or for larger runs CNC Tube laser notching is a cost effective option.

Finish Sanding/Polishing

Sheet Metal Forming
