Stainless Steel Restaurant Cabinet Bases

At Premier Fabrication in Redlands, CA we are often given a problem, and from there it is our job to design and create a solution. Recently we had a local restaurant owner approach us because the cabinets in the lobby of his stores were getting damaged from daily use and were becoming an eye sore. Although the solution was found in a rather simple part, it was still put into our CAD program so that we could streamline the production and make the part easily repeatable for manufacturing. The parts we're then CNC laser cut from 304 Stainless Steel and formed using a CNC brake so that they will fit exactly the same in any one of the owners 8 stores. An added benefit is that, should the need ever arrise, or if the owner opens new stores, the parts can be brought up in our library quickly and the parts can be replicated quickly.
